The Point is a step-by-step process I created, designed for participants seeking uplift.  I do this by first  addressing the quality of your thoughts by clearing the murk from your mind then through guided alignment of your unique strengths, values and passion revealing your ‘truth’.   


Let’s get to the point.  You want to feel great  about yourself and know that you are making the right decisions.  Perhaps you are little confused or off your game. Somewhere along the way you may have lost your sparkle. If you’re not clear on how amazing you are, then your mind may be all tangled up with thought-knots.

During The Point, you will learn how to unleash the power of your conscious mind by learning NLP techniques & through exercises specifically designed to alleviate thought-knots and direct your focus towards confidence & clarity.


What we FOCUS on shows up.


NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming encompasses the 3 most influential components involved in producing the human experience:  neurology, language and programming. The interplay between these has created your thinking patterns.  If you don’t like what you’re thinking, I can point the way out of that trap.


From my perspective, sustained change comes from working with both the conscious and unconscious mind.  Our thoughts go awry when these two are out of sync which can result in low self-esteem and anxiety. We lose our edge.


As a hypnotherapist,  I’ll guide you through marvellous creative visualizations to harness the power of your unconscious mind to further align both your conscious and unconscious mind into harmony.

Q:  What if I’m  too frightened to do The Point?


A: Fear is a natural reaction when faced with the unknown.  Rest assured that The Point is a gentle progression to evolve your thinking.  I am happy to have a chat with anyone who would like to know more to ease your mind. Consider participating with a friend so you can support one another or work with me 1 on 1.


Q:  Do I need to take all 6 steps?

A:  YES.  I’ve noticed from my workshop evaluations that people who have missed steps feel less confident.  I offer flexibility with my time for those who are willing, to provide make up sessions for a small fee.


Q:  How many other people will be there?

A:  The Point is designed for small groups, maximum 21 participants.


Q:  Is this for women?

A: Yes.  I’ll be perfectly honest, I attract more women to my work than men but am always happy to have a mix.   We all benefit from diversity.


Q:  What do I need to do to prepare for The Point?

A:  Come with an open mind with a strong desire for self-improvement.


Q:  Are you available for workshops outside of Jersey?
