I created these meditations for you to help you achieve greater confidence & clarity of mind.


I recommend that you listen to these at a time when you will not be distracted.  It’s helpful to be in comfortable clothes, sitting upon an equally comfortable chair with both your legs and arms uncrossed.  Your hands will ideally be in your lap and your feet firmly against the floor beneath you.  It’s best not to lie down as the goal is not to sleep but rather drift into a daydream.  Consider wearing headphones and turn off your mobile.
